After deleting a file, allow a quick refresh ability to see the impact.

After deleting a file or folder, you're forced to run a full scan again just to see the impact of the deletion. At least "I" wasn't able to find a refresh feature. Maybe it's there but I couldn't find it. If the feature IS available, the fact that I couldn't find it says something, too.
